Al Thuraya Island

Al Thuraya Island, developed by Ajmal Makan, is located within AJMAL MAKAN City in Sharjah. The project is an island residential community offering a range of dedicated homes including Seabreeze, Azura, Serene and Grandeur Villas, as well as Majestic Mansions, arranged around landscaped shorelines. The development combines residential living with on-site retail and dining and provides communal and recreational facilities such as a private beach, beach lounge, cycling pathways and other shared amenities. The masterplan emphasizes a distinct island layout and landscaped open spaces. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2027, and the island is positioned close to Sharjah’s urban centres and services.
