Linar by Alef

Linar by Alef, developed by Alef Group, is located in Al Mamzar, Sharjah. The waterfront project offers residences with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and the Sharjah skyline and includes a unit mix spanning one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as four-bedroom penthouses. The development integrates communal and retail-oriented elements such as shared lounges, workspaces, cafés and restaurants alongside daily convenience services and co-living areas. On-site amenities focus on wellbeing and leisure, including fitness and yoga facilities, a spa, swimming pools, jogging tracks, landscaped outdoor areas and dedicated children’s play spaces. Sustainable features cited for the project include recycled-material use, lower-carbon solutions and solar energy integration. Linar is positioned close to Sharjah’s D750 million road and tunnel infrastructure programme, which aims to improve connectivity with Dubai and major highways.
