Sharjah Sustainable City II, developed by Sharjah Holding in Sharjah, is a planned community comprising 1,032 villas and townhouses. Set on a 7.8 million sqft site, the master plan features a two-kilometre landscaped corridor connecting parks and biodome structures that support open green areas. On-site facilities include a community centre, plaza, mosque, sports courts, an equestrian arena with a horse track, swimming pools, jogging and cycling paths, an animal sanctuary, outdoor fitness stations, a dog park, children’s play zones and an amphitheatre. The development incorporates smart-home systems, integrated solar generation and water-efficient infrastructure, offers three years without service fees, and emphasizes walkable routes and active-lifestyle amenities while aiming to reduce long-term utility costs through sustainable design.
